Sculpture

Working with bookforms and boxes, I started to think about the forms more sculpturally and how my prints could interact with them. These two projects can be viewed as 3D sketches for something larger.

Sculpture at Maudslay are sculptures created for a theme. Except for Helen’s Hellions, the rope sculptures allude to Newburyport’s shipping history. The rope has become my go-to material for sculpture.
